Product availability
Mineral Fashion Store only processes an order placed by a customer after confirmation of payment, so Mineral Fashion Store cannot guarantee the availability of items until said processing begins. The estimated shipping date for the product is between 24h and 48h. The estimated shipping time depends on the type of transport you have chosen, if there is more than one option. Mineral Fashion Store only ships on business days. Therefore, neither weekends nor holidays are taken into account when estimating delivery of orders. In any case, estimated delivery dates are merely indicative. For shipments within national territory, estimated deadlines are 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. In the case of international shipments, it takes 10 business days for standard shipments and 2 to 5 business days for DHL Express shipments. If any item ordered is missing, Mineral Fashion Store may choose to: contact the supplier to inquire about the possibility of replacing the missing item, contacting the customer if the delivery time or the price of the item changes and the order will only proceed after consent given by the customer; or cancel the order refunding the customer all amounts paid. Any delay in shipping items, given the estimated dates presented, does not entitle you to compensation. International Shipping - Items may be subject to customs processing depending on the declared value of the item. Sellers set the declared value of the item and must comply with customs declaration laws. As a buyer, you should be aware of possible:

Article 7 – Guarantees
Your order will only be reserved/processed after payment and in order for us to have good management of our stores, payment for said order must be made within a maximum period of 48 hours (orders using payment methods: ATM, Credit Card, Paypal or Bank Transfer). If you wish to reopen your order after this date, you will only need to inform us via email: hello@mineralfashionstore.com providing us with your order number. This will be processed again subject to stock availability.Mineral Fashion Store accepts the exchange or return of its items within a maximum period of 30 days, as long as they have not been used, nor their original packaging damaged. Transport costs arising from the exchange or return are borne by the customer. In the event of an order being returned, only the value of the item(s) will be refunded, thus excluding the cost of shipping costs. If the return is the result of a logistical error on the part of Mineral Fashion Store, after contact with the customer, Mineral Fashion Store will collect the item, assuming the costs of the return, as well as shipping costs for the correct product. Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned. The return or exchange period, in the case of home delivery, begins on the day on which delivery is attempted by the distribution company, so the Customer must collect the order at the delivery points as soon as possible, if is absent from the indicated address. Returns will only be accepted within the stipulated period and exchanges are subject to stock availability. Mineral Fashion Store does not accept returns sent for collection. In all cases, any exchange or return request must be made by registered mail that guarantees delivery of the merchandise to our address for Cia Brasil Lda., Rua das Pretas nº92 2ºDireito - 9000-049 Funchal, filling in the part reserved for returns/exchanges along with the order to be returned, indicating the item references and the reasons for the return. All articles are subject to a contractual guarantee, which does not preclude the legal guarantee. The legal guarantees associated with the products, when applicable, are given by Mineral Fashion Store suppliers and must be activated according to the legal documentation that comes with the product. The invoice serves as proof of purchase and the beginning of the legal guarantee applicable to purchases made at www.mineralfashionstore.com. The Customer may cancel their order at any time until delivery, with the right to a refund of all amounts paid. Upon receipt of the order by the Customer, the Customer may exercise their right to free resolution under the legally stipulated terms indicated below. Failure to pay for the order within 48 hours following the date on which it was placed implies automatic cancellation of the order. The Mineral Fashion Store product catalog is independent of physical stores, both in terms of price and quantity in stock. If the price is higher, Mineral Fashion Store will present a new contractual proposal with the price duly rectified, awaiting confirmation or cancellation of the order. In accordance with the provisions of Law 7/2004 of 7 January, relating to electronic commerce, Mineral Fashion Store reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order whenever there is a programming error, computer malfunction or if the proposal arrives at its destination deformed and the error affects an essential element of the contract.
Complaints - Procedures
For complaints regarding defective items detected after use, proceed as follows:
1st SHIPPING - The customer undertakes to send the merchandise to us and pay the shipping costs. After the first contact by the customer indicating that they wish to make a complaint, the process must be completed within a maximum period of 2 days, excluding the customer sending the item to our warehouse. To these 2 days, there is an additional shipping time of 2 days (Mainland Portugal) and 7 days (Azores and Madeira) relating to the shipping transit time. The remaining destinations vary depending on the delivery time from the country of origin. In any response (No Acceptance or Acceptance), Mineral Fashion Store does not refund these shipping costs borne by the customer. 2ND ANALYSIS - After receiving the order at our warehouse, the item is analyzed by indicating the defect already indicated by the customer. This indication may be given by email with a photo or in a document describing the defect along with the order. The response to the customer will be given within a maximum of 1 month (maximum time to wait for a response from the brand). 3rd RESPONSE - The response to the complaint may be accepted or not accepted. The procedures for each decision are detailed below: Do Not Accept - The reasons are given to the customer by email. Mineral Fashion Store undertakes to resend the item to the customer as it was returned and bears the shipping costs; Acceptance - If the complaint is accepted, the following procedure is carried out: a) Mineral Fashion Store, having the same item available and the same size, sends the same product to the customer without defect and bears the shipping costs. b) Without availability of the item for replacement, the customer may choose to replace another item and the difference to be paid or returned will be calculated. The value of the item(s) may also be credited, up to a limit of 30 days after purchase, for orders with prepayment (ATM, Credit Card, Bank Transfer and Paypal).
Order cancellation:
In the case of orders paid using credit, partial or total, the credit agreement is automatically and simultaneously considered terminated, without the right to compensation (article 8 of DL 143/2001, of 26 April with the wording given by the DL 82/2008, of May 20). The return and exchange of items must comply with the following conditions: Return of items in good condition, with complete original packaging and accompanied by the respective invoice; Exchanges of personalized items according to the Customer's specifications are not accepted. All items will be checked upon arrival at our service and only those that comply with the return conditions will be accepted for exchange or return. If you choose to return the amount, we inform you that: the refund is made by bank transfer. We ask that you provide us with an IBAN so that we can make the return more quickly. In the event that you have received defective items, Mineral Fashion Store will schedule their collection at the location you indicate to us, in the same delivery area as the original order, at no cost to the Customer. The return will be made after checking the condition of the product. Mineral Fashion Store reserves the right not to accept items that do not comply with these conditions.
Applicable Legislation
All purchases made on the website www.mineralfashionstore.com are subject to Portuguese legislation. Any conflict or divergence of interpretation of the General Conditions of Contract and Use will be submitted to the competent Portuguese Court. If our client is outside Mainland Portugal, we inform you that any legal proceedings must be forwarded to the Portuguese Courts.
