Shipping
Your order will only be reserved/processed after payment and, for good logistical management to be possible, payment for said order must be made within a maximum period of 48 hours (orders using payment methods: ATM, Credit Card, Paypal or Bank Transfer). If you wish to reopen your order after this date, you can do so by emailing hello@mineralfashionstore.com, providing us with your order number. This will be processed again subject to stock availability.
The Customer may cancel their order at any time until delivery, with the right to a refund of all amounts paid. Upon receipt of the order by the Customer, the Customer may exercise their right to free resolution under the legally stipulated terms indicated below. Failure to pay for the order within 48 hours following the date on which it was placed implies automatic cancellation of the order.
The Mineral Fashion Store product catalog is independent of physical stores, both in terms of price and quantity in stock. All promotional campaigns have limited and exclusive stock for online marketing. If the product is unavailable and/or out of stock, you will be informed of the partial or total cancellation of your order with the right to a refund of the amount paid. Despite Mineral Fashion Store's efforts, some products may be priced incorrectly, so we check prices whenever we process orders. If the product is priced lower than the advertised price, we will refund the difference. If the price is higher, Mineral Fashion Store will present a new contractual proposal with the price duly rectified, awaiting confirmation or cancellation of the order.
In accordance with the provisions of Law 7/2004 of January 7, relating to electronic commerce, Mineral Fashion Store reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order whenever there is a programming error, computer malfunction or if the proposal arrives at its destination deformed and the error affects an essential element of the contract.

- International shipping: 2 to 5 business days after dispatch for DHL EXPRESS shipments and 10 business days for DPD shipments.
